Everyone who contacts Earnedfeel Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a concern and what you can expect from us. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or messaged Earnedfeel Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If something went wrong with work at your home, start by talking to the provider directly. Keep a written record of what was said.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Note that Earnedfeel Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider or act for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@earnedfeel.garden and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed providers.
